Ang Rain or Shine Elastopainters ay isang koponan sa Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) na kilala sa kanilang matapang na laro at walang sawang pagpupursige. Nagsimula ang koponan noong 2006 at mula noon, sila ay naging isa sa mga nakakatakot na pwersa sa liga.

Ang pangalang Elastopainters ay nanggaling sa kanilang pangunahing sponsor, ang Boysen Paints. Ngunit kahit na mayroong taglay na pangalan ng isang kumpanya, nakilala ang koponan sa kanilang mga tagumpay sa hardcourt.
